Refurbish Your Office
Are your cubicles in needs of refreshing? We can refurbish these panels and change a 1980s burgundy and green look into something current. You pick the fabric and your employees will not believe these are the same cubicles.

Chair Maintenance
Every time a chair is purchased from us, we sit in the chair and triage it to make sure the functionality is working. If there is a problem, we repair it, giving us an expertise in chair repair.

Case Study: We were contacted by a large corporation to repair 1,000 existing chairs that were no longer on manufacturer’s warranty. The company did not want to purchase all new chairs. We were able to repair the chairs for a fraction of the cost of new.


Professional Extracting

Case Study: Our client had no budget for new workstations. Their existing stations were over 30 years old. They decided to have them professionally cleaned. Afterwards, they could not believe how much better the panels looked. They may be 30 years old, but they no longer look like it.


Wood Touch-up
One way to make your existing furniture look refreshed is hiring a professional to touch-up your wood furniture. The results are incredible.

Case Study: We had a client that was purchasing a large amount of wood veneer L and U shaped desks. They wanted to take advantage of the pricing of pre-owned; however, they wanted the furniture to look as close to new as possible. The furniture was for all the executives of a hospital. Some of these executives had not been in the purchase process and were not told their furniture was pre-owned. After the touch-up was complete, several executives were surprised to hear their furniture was pre-owned.


If we do not have it, we will find it.
Although we have 130,000 square feet of office space, there are times we will not have exactly the perfect piece of office furniture. In those rare cases and if there is a way to find it, we will do it. We are in contact with over a 100 used furniture dealers and wholesalers in the country. We are in constant contact to ensure our inventory is well balanced and know what is available for our clients.

Case Study: We had a client that needed 3 floors of furniture. They were over-budget and wanted to save money as well as be a good steward to the environment by purchasing pre-owned furniture. Much of the furniture came from our warehouse in Kansas City. Due to the quantity needed, we were able to fulfill the rest of their needs in San Francisco and Baltimore.

We were able to save the client over $500,000. We kept 440,000 pounds of material from going into the landfill. Had the client been going for LEED certification, this project would have helped with 9 points.


Going Green
A common statistic heard throughout the office furniture industry is that by liquidating just 50 cubicle-type workstations, one entire tractor-trailer load of furniture will be successfully diverted from a landfill.
